Metisha is scheduled for another round of liver beads on Tuesday, June 22nd! We are very happy she is getting a treatment again and are praying the treatment is easy on her and she is able to quickly recover.
Because her last round of blood work showed her cancer markers had risen, Metisha’s oncologist and the liver bead oncologist want to do a PET scan to see if the cancer has popped up anywhere else. This will happen very quickly and we are praying fervently that the PET scan will show there is no cancer anywhere else in her body and that the liver still looks stable. We would LOVE to get a good PET scan result and believe it can happen despite the concerning blood work!
Pray for the PET scan and Metisha’s spirits as she waits for the results. Pray for protection over her that the liver bead treatments will be easy and she will not have a lot of side effects that make her sick.
